Hibiscus drink

This pineapple and apple juice infused with hibiscus and mint is inspired by Senegalese BISSAP, a thirst-quenching and antioxidant drink.

Rice paper, rice vermicello, fennel, carrot, cucumber, spinach, Thaï Légumaise® and a thought - flowers. The recipe for happiness!

And the last flower in this tasty bouquet: a sweet tart rhubarb and rose water. Scrumptious.
