The Manager provides general management of the running and performance of the Restaurant and also manages human resources.

The Assistant Manager - Customers is chiefly responsible for: Customers, Human Resources, Technical Resources & Maintenance, Shelf & Point of Sale Information, Packaging.

The Assistant Manager - Products is chiefly responsible for: all food management (orders, stock, losses, product quality), keeping the whole team informed about the products.

The Team Member + (Customer Service Manager) is responsible for certain services in the absence of managers. They participate in achieving quality of service and the restaurant targets.

The Team Member + (Production Manager) trains the team, knows the production rules and makes sure that everyone applies them.

The Team Member (morning/evening backup) is there to provide customer satisfaction. They guarantee the EXKi image (welcome, friendliness, efficiency, speed).

The Team Member (production) produces excellent sandwiches, applying all the production methods and rules (recipes, HACCP, deadlines).
